These terms are a launch-ready draft and must be reviewed by legal counsel before public production launch or store submission.

Adult-only service

BraveMeet is intended for adults 18 and older. Do not use BraveMeet if you are under 18 or are not legally allowed to use an adult social discovery service in your location.

Acceptable use

Use BraveMeet for lawful social discovery, messaging, circles, public plans and professional/service discovery.
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, spam or share another person's private information.
Do not offer or solicit escort services, compensated dating, sexual services, illegal goods, gambling, cash-out, peer-to-peer transfers or off-platform payment schemes.
Do not use private-chat features to harm others, evade reporting or violate the law.

Plans and activities

BraveMeet provides tools for members to discover and coordinate activities. BraveMeet does not host user-created activities, guarantee attendance, verify every venue, guarantee compatibility or promise that another member will reply, meet or form a relationship.

Memberships and points

Paid features may provide more recommendations, profile tools, AI allowance, filters or eligible introductions. Paid status never bypasses blocks, reports, cooldowns, message preferences or recipient choice. Store billing, receipt validation and refund handling must be connected before real purchases launch.

Safety enforcement

BraveMeet may limit, suspend or remove content, accounts, plans, circles or messages that violate these terms or create safety risk. Reports may preserve content submitted by a reporting member and limited metadata for safety review.
